Job Description
Responsibilities
- Have knowledge about building materials/fiber cement board and roofing products.
- Deliver sales output for the assigned area and implement commercial strategies to attain target volume, price and market share through value selling and building relationships.
- Achieve the sales volume target and execute assigned key performance indicators.
- Manage and ensure the fulfillment of all volume requirements for every assigned account.
- Provide competitor and market activity information (i.e., price, competition, supply and demand).
- Manage accounts receivables effectively and efficiently.
- Collect payments on time.
- Find new project or dealer leads that will sustain the volume and profit of the company.
- Timely submission of sales reports (itinerary, pipeline, forecast and action plan).
- Monitor the development and all activities of respective customers in the area.
