Key Responsibilities:
Quotes
Support processing of all quote requests for system, upgrade, and service sales in APAC and China, including collecting required approvals and coordinating order follow-up.Support the APAC and China field sales and service organization for the different models’ implementation.Act as a key point of coordination for quote and order-related questions from Sales and Service teams.Distributor’s performance
Support tracking of distributor agreements, due diligence documentation, and renewals in accordance with internal processes.Assist in monitoring distributor performance and preparing monthly or quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.Revenue Recognition Activities
Coordinate with Logistics, Manufacturing, and internal teams to follow up shipment schedules and payment status in support of revenue recognition activities.
