Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report and update client entitlement records including but not limited to; contracted storage and usage, registered and contracted users.
- Sales Operations activities to support all stages of the sales cycle including preparing Opportunities, sales quotes, contracts and facilitation of contract execution.
- Maintain license inventory and associated analytics, including monthly reporting and reconciliations.
- Collaborate and maintain sales process guides and related training documentation.
- Key participant in driving sales team readiness.
- Identify process issues and recommend solutions with corresponding communication plans.
- Works directly with Sales Team and leadership to support efficient and effective execution of sales process.
