Sales Operations Associate Manager
Arrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara.
Responsibilities- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base.
- Work with internal and external resources, facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.
- Own the overall Quote to Order processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinate resources and processing of quotations, and work with management to set pricing.
- Collaborate with supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre‑sales and post‑sales problems, and provide proactive notification to customers of changes to delivery status.
