- General Administration work as per the requirement from the Department heads.
- Coordination of Sales & Marketing Requirements.
- Delivery & Inventory management as per the customers purchase order and schedules.
- Coding and material tracking.
- Coordinating and Invoicing of Purchase Orders.
- Sales Order for Balance Material.
- Assisting / Typing of Quotations for the Marketing and Sales Team
- Assisting in the making of project submittals.
- Maintaining & updating of all accessory catalogue/s.
- Quotation pricing
- Technical calculation
- Technical submittal
- Sample kit management
