Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer orders are processed promptly and accurately, sales invoices are closed upon delivery completion, and deliveries are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Prepare and ensure monthly sales reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Maintain and update customer profiles and sales records systematically.
- Support and assist the Sales & Marketing team in managing and resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Provide administrative and operational support for customer service functions.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
