Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Respond to social media enquiries (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Attend to showroom walk-in customers professionally
- Conduct product demonstrations and confidently close sales
- Assist in events, roadshows and exhibitions
- Assist in order fulfilment
