Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales operations activities, including order processing, purchasing coordination, and delivery follow-up
- Source suppliers for components, technical products, systems, and office equipment when required
- Handle daily purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order status
- Maintain and update Approved Vendor List regularly
- Coordinate materials purchase and delivery to support customer orders and project schedules
- Follow up with suppliers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
- Process and maintain sales and shipping documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and acknowledgements
- Support and coordinate import/export documentation and procedures
- Handle shipment coordination, including LC shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers
