Job Description
Placement: our sister's company - PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri (NUS), Tangerang, Banten
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager (Indonesia) & HQ Sales Lead to Indonesia’s RTM model focusing on driving distribution and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with General Manager (Indonesia), HQ Sales & Marketing on new product launches, localization of activation plans, point-of-sale materials, and engagement programs within the constraints of Indonesian advertising restrictions under GR 28/2024
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts; conduct variance analysis against plan and drive corrective actions
- Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles in coordination with HQ Sales, Supply Planning to balance forecasts against excise stamp allocations and stock availability
