**Summary:**

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enable insight-driven decision-making. This role will lead critical sales operations functions, including analytics, processes, tools, and reporting, while helping the organization translate data into actionable business strategies.

**Essential Duties:**

+ Lead and optimize sales operations strategy, including tools, processes, and automation across the full sales lifecycle (pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and reporting)
+ Own data, analytics, and reporting (including POS data), delivering actionable insights to improve sales and marketing performance
