Responsibilities

Managing the Order-To-Cash Conversion cycle which encompasses the order acceptance cycle, delivery cycle, and cash collection cycle.

Managing daily sales order management activities encompassing document, information, product, and operations workflows.

Managing the consignment order process to make sure the consigned goods are trackable and able to bill customers effectively.

Communicating with sales and customers for the Account Receivable follow-up.

Ensuring timely and flawless sales order creation in the enterprise computer system and processing of the same to meet customer request dates.

Being able to monitor and manage the back order to meet the customer requirement.
