Tasks
Acquisition:
- Making contact via email and telephone (initial meeting always by telephone)
- Conduct sales pitch (according to Setter guidelines)
- Needs analysis see gold standard
- Advising our customers on their goals
- Conduct friendly but goal‑oriented customer meetings
- Mastering objection handling and techniques
- Mastering and applying benefit arguments
- Closing by applying the closing strategy: Closing the bag
