Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Prepare quotations and promotional proposals
Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
Support membership sales, renewals, and customer retention initiatives
Project Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties when required
