Overview
This position will be a part of the Canada sales team, reporting to the Director of Canada Sales & Operations. This individual will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and work with various departments as well as external organizations to meet customer objectives and deadlines. This individual will help ensure world class customer service is provided to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the cross‑functional team (Sales, Quoting, Coordination, Logistics) by providing customer expectations, project information/updates, confirmed deadlines, and post‑shipment deliverable requirements.
- Initiate equipment orders based on project schedules and lead time constraints.
- Work with third‑party vendors to approve quotes and verify dimensions for buyout products.
