To assist sales consultants as the operational bridge between the sales team, contractors, and operations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Project Handover & Coordination
- Receive confirmed sales from consultants
- Review scope, timelines, and client expectations
- Coordinate project kick-off with contractors and operations
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Contractor Management
- Act as primary point of contact between company and contractors
- Manage urgent requests and change variation orders
- Track deliverables and timelines
- Ensure contractor compliance with scope and service standards
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation
- Monitor workflow progress
- Ensure alignment between Sales promises and operational capacity
