Overview
A Sales Promodiser typically involves promoting and selling products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Merchandiser helps optimize sales by ensuring that the assigned retail store is stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring the store inventory. They may also identify the best-selling lines and report to immediate superior for developing promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly personal sales targets.
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long- lasting relationships.
