Job Description

Summary: A Sales and Proposal role drives company revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and creating persuasive, compliant proposals to win business. Key duties include managing the full end-to-end proposal process (RFPs), coordinating with Riventa operations team members, aligning solutions with client needs, negotiating terms, and submitting tenders within deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and prospect new customers utilizing CRM systems
  • Proposal Development: Managing the end-to-end process of developing, writing, and submitting proposals, bids, and Request for Proposals (RFPs / PQQ’s).
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Liaising with operations and sales teams members to understand customer requirements and technical needs, then tailoring solutions to fit.
