Summary
A Sales and Proposal role drives company revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and creating persuasive, compliant proposals to win business. Key duties include managing the full end‑to‑end proposal process (RFPs), coordinating with the operations team members, aligning solutions with client needs, negotiating terms, and submitting tenders within deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and prospect new customers utilizing CRM systems.
- Proposal Development: Manage the end‑to‑end process of developing, writing, and submitting proposals, bids, and Request for Proposals (RFPs / PQQs).
- Customer Needs Analysis: Liaise with operations and sales teams to understand customer requirements and technical needs, then tailor solutions to fit.
