- Study terms of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping lines, airlines, warehouse scope of service, and prepare company presentations.
- Focus on sales hunting and servicing for both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Approach (visit, call, email, etc.) new and existing customers to understand their requirements (quotation, SOP, etc.) and offer services.
- Provide quotations and follow up for feedback.
- Handle Air Freight and Sea Freight RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and sales inquiries from customers.
- Execute business implementations and perform operational follow-ups with overseas offices (e.g., Asia, Europe, Africa, America) including CSM.
- Set up and attend conference calls with overseas counterparts to discuss sales development, QBRs, etc., as necessary.
- Perform other assigned duties.
