Frontline of customer service in retail and sales environments, responsible for helping customers, boosting sales, and maintaining store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent service to drive sales.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Must have at least SHS/College Level or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year in retail or customer service is often preferred.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and upsell products to customers.
- Positive behavior and professional appearance.
