Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hotel Amenities Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling hotel products and services (such as spa packages, room upgrades, event packages, in-room amenities, and experiences) to guests and clients. Your primary objective is to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring guests are aware of all offerings that enhance their stay.
- Actively promote and sell hotel amenities, including spa services, room upgrades, dining experiences, tours, wellness packages, and event services.
- Engage with guests (via phone, email, and in person) to understand their needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
