This position is responsible for generating and closing sales by actively seeking out and engaging potential customers. The Sales Staff will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
