Duties & Responsibilities Excellent motivational skills Excellent organisational skills Sound written and verbal communication skills Planning in order to achieve the following: Daily and monthly sales planning Negotiation Drive the sales processes Daily sales call reports Daily or weekly sales meetings Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 5 years sales and marketing experience within a target driven environment Knowledge of Essential Oils/Natural Extracts/Citrus Oils/Flavours & Fragrance/Indigenous Oils, will be an advantage Experience in the manufacturing field will be an advantage Package & RemunerationR20 K to R25 K Basic plus Commission
