Under the supervision of the Team Leader; responsible for all sales activities; performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
- Guide customers by providing information on products.
- Help customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Direct customers by showing shelves or bins; suggesting items with marketing promotions.
- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Record and monitor all sales transactions in proper mediums (CSI, POS, or ESR).
- Ensure daily sales targets are met in conformity with monthly quota.
- Receive, safeguard, and transmit cash and other forms of payment.
