Job Description
Sales and Business Development
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and goals as set by the company.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and field visits within the assigned territory.
- Product Presentation: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's specific business needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and confidently close deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
