Job Description
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Provide customers with information about items
- Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Perform daily tasks such as Daily Sales Report and inventory
- Conduct accurate measurement based on client's product order (carpet, blinds, wallpaper)
- Process payment – scan items, accept payment and provide change and receipts
- Handle return and exchange – process return and exchange merchandise under the policy of Showcase Carpet and Co.
- Manage cash – oversee funds in a cash register and balance the amount at every end of shift
- Cash remittance – deposit daily sales to the designated bank account
