Job Description
- Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers
- Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines
- Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team
- Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication
- Build rapport and close deals confidently — we don’t chase, we lead
- Respond to objections and queries with tact and a no-funny-business tone
- Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)
- Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of A1 Express Car Removal or CarDeath
