As our hybrid Sales Lead & Foreman, you will serve as the vital bridge between our clients and technical team, converting incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring every installation is flawless. You will act as our Sales Closer, Operations Lead, and Cash Flow Champion by managing worker dispatch, overseeing daily schedules, and ensuring collections are handled professionally. Beyond the office, you will take on the role of Technical Foreman, supervising on-site solar tint installations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
