Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.

• Lead new business development and close key deals.

• Partner cross-functionally to align sales with marketing and operations.

• Manage, coach, and develop Sales Managers and/or senior sales reps.

• Lead hiring, performance management, and career development.

• Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture.

• Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

• Ensure CRM accuracy and operational discipline.
