We’re looking for Member Support Agents to represent one of Australia’s leading retailers of electronics and whitegoods. You’ll be the first point of contact for our premium service customers, managing cases for faulty products, facilitating repair claims, and ensuring every enquiry is resolved with care and efficiency
What you'll be doing
Provide inbound, outbound, and email customer service, assisting customers with enquiries about products, repairs, and service issues. Manage an average of 35 calls per day, ensuring each interaction is professional, accurate, and timely. Proactively manage email communications, responding to customer enquiries and follow-ups to maintain service standards. Liaise with retail stores, suppliers, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently and provide seamless support.
