Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Sales order processing - Sales order/ purchases order/ Delivery order/ invoicing.
  • Provide, assist & support sales and administraction in all other matters.
  • Assist & support Service & Technical Team such as service schedule.
  • Handling import & export matters including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs.
  • Product inventory control/ Management.
  • Handle faxes/ letters/ enquiries internally & externally.
  • Other task that assign by the management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year sales admin coordinator experience.
  • Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
  • A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
  • Require to work on alternate Saturday.
  • Able to start work immediately.
