Responsibilities
- Performs real time monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking of metrics to ensure service delivery of each unit.
- Conduct regular audit of procedures & processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards and targets.
- Create and prepare performance reports and monitoring to efficiently track compliance to deliverables, projects as well as resolution of findings/gaps.
- Regularly gather data on process performance to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare, recommend, and implement process improvements and quality control procedures to enhance service delivery and minimize errors. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Services & Control, and Marketing Units for its implementation.
