- Lead Malaysia sector operations and provide strategic direction.
- Manage and expand key accounts, driving improvement programs for elite customers.
- Identify and develop new channels while maximizing opportunities for relationship building.

- Conduct quarterly reviews with RKAM to track account development.
- Lead customer QBR/MBR sessions to strengthen engagement.
