Summary of the Role
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing approved sales and marketing strategies within the assigned territory or list of accounts. The role involves close engagement with key stakeholders, providing product and clinical support, and strengthening long‑term partnerships to achieve revenue and market share objectives in line with company values and ethical guidelines.
Key Functions / Responsibilities- Achieve annual territory sales and gross profit plans
- Implement territory sales plans using company‑approved strategic marketing and sales plans
- Submit sales reports, forward planner and other reports on time and to required quality level
