Position: Coffee Sales Advisor - Nespresso
Location: Brampton and Etobicoke
Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Salary: $22 per hour plus sales incentives per machine sold.
Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso at Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers and communicate product benefits to create a compelling shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
- Work independently at the kiosk, maintaining an inviting and organized display.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
