- Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
- Open and develop new accounts and target markets in assigned territory through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
- Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with Sika Prime Distributors and Weekly Check Point Meeting with Promo Reps.
- Regularly do Retail Coverage to get market info, competition’s activities & promotions, ensures availability of Sika products aligned with marketing entry range and product core range.
- Analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
