Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation) to drive new logo acquisition and new business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on, hunter-style sales professional with experience selling IT / tech staffing or professional services in a small to mid-sized agency environment. You will operate as a GM-style individual contributor, owning the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - while working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to scale revenue through staff augmentation and contract hiring models.
