・Corporate sales of IT systems (production management, quality control, IoT solutions, etc.) to Japanese manufacturing companies
・New customer acquisition (cold calling, visits, online meetings)
・Listening to customer workflows and challenges, proposing systems
・Demonstrating solutions, creating proposals
・Collaborate with technical teams/SE for requirement definition and specification adjustments
・Drive projects through contract signing and create quotations
・Post-implementation follow-up and improvement proposals
・Conduct market research and create competitive analysis reports
Job Requirement
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level OR English - Business Level ・Experience:
- Have 3+ years of sales experience in IT systems for manufacturing
- Proactive in cold calling and visiting new prospects
