Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; confirm that entered data aligns with original documentation/requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
