Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for achieving the annual sales objectives within the assigned customer base, in the Malaysian market. The role focuses on customer relationship management, sales execution, operational support, and promotion of Bausch + Lomb (B+L) products.
Key Activities / Responsibilities
- Able to maintain good business relationships with customers and gather business intelligence.
- Understand customer profiles and classifications in the designated area to develop a daily call planning routine, including: Journey Planning, Selling Objective Setting, Persuasive Selling Skills (PSS) presentation preparation, Sales Equipment Preparation.
- Master the Sales Force.com (SFDC) tool to manage selling objectives, B+L inventory, and sell‑through status reports for territory outlets.
