The Position
Vince, is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our new retail concession shop within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering meaningful customer relationships. You will maximize sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and delivering personalized service, ensuring that each client leaves with an exceptional shopping experience. You will continue client engagement beyond the initial transaction by capturing key customer information and utilizing various communication channels to build lasting relationships.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. You will be involved in receiving merchandise, ensuring it is properly displayed, processing markdowns, and handling transfers.
