Duties
- Understand customer needs, recommend products, and achieve sales targets
- Maintain and develop client relationships via visits, calls, and emails
- Support team members and follow company rules & KPIs
- Complete sales reports accurately and take care of company assets
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Collect market info, clarify pricing, stock, and delivery to clients
- Check stock, record sales data, and handle customer queries
- Review performance and complete other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- 5 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), local language is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
