Job Description
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide sales representatives, setting daily tasks and work schedules.
- Preferably with 1-4 years working experience under the same capacity in hotel or resort setting.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Strategy & Goals: Develop and implement sales strategies, setting targets and ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
- Training & Development: Recruit, train, and coach new and existing sales staff on products, techniques, and company policies.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints, maintain client relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, sales progress, and market trends.
