Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and delivery, ensuring adherence to company SOPs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand image
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Manage budgets, track sales performance, and maximize profitability
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts
- Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to the head office
- Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation
- Communicate effectively with the head office and manage overall store performance
Qualifications
- College Graduate or College Level
- Experience in sales and store operations
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Customer service-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
