JOB OVERVIEWThe Sales Supervisor is the on-site leader responsible for the full day-to-day running of the branch. The role drives sales results and customer service maintains operational and merchandising standards, and manages people, stock integrity, and compliance. The Sales Supervisor reports to the Regional Oversight Manager (and works closely with the Area Manager), providing regular operational and performance updates.
