Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to be responsible for the territory sales bookings, building and managing customer relationships and promotion of company’s image and products. Managing the sales channel performance.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Develop and execute key account / territory management program to create more business.
+ Lead and manage sales channels to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
+ Manage the sales channel to ensure the effective coverage of customers and penetrate new customers or industries.
+ Train sales channel to improve their skill to meet the KPI.
+ Countries covered: One of region / industry of China.
+ Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.
+ Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
