Job Description
Overseas daily sales operations and leads a team of representatives to meet revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff. Conduct daily briefings, set individual quotas, and track performance metrics.
Develop and implement in-store or territory sales plans to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Handle complex customer escalations, ensure high levels of service satisfaction, and model exemplary closing techniques.
Manage inventory, coordinate order processing, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the sales floor or department. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
