- Working Location: Jurong
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Report to Sales Fulfilment Manager.
- Generate picking list, sales invoices and delivery orders.
- Coordinate sales orders with sales, purchasing, Logistic teams and warehouse to achieve timely deliveries.
- Liaise with customers for processing of sales orders, coordinate and perform inwards and outward documentation.
- Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customers' issues.
- Attend to customers' enquiries - reply email and answer phone calls.
- Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department.
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders.
