Job Description
Sales Administration & Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, product set up, system pricing, specifications, and order status.
- Prepare presentations and other sales-related documentation.
- Follow up on leads for new product and new customers, preparing sales briefs based on the NPD lead information
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail accounts.
