As a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing order processing from entry to invoicing, ensuring both administrative and commercial accuracy
- Monitoring execution conditions and ensuring on-time delivery
- Acting as a main point of contact for customers across all communication channels
- Handling outbound calls, follow-ups, and reminders
- Actively contributing to customer development and retention within a long-term partnership approach
You will also support the company's digital transformation and ensure coordination with international teams.
